Have used their services for about 8 years and have always received outstanding customer service. They have done work suits, jackets, my familys Taekwondo uniforms, coats, my vintage wool coats, and leather pieces. Their prices and turnaround time are very reasonable.

I asked them to alter a bridesmaids dress for me by a certain day because I had to go out of time. They said they could do it. When I called the day I was supposed to pick it up, they did not even start the alteration. I had to pick up the dress without any alterations and my dress was too long for the wedding I was in. I will not be returning.

Courteous employees. Had them change the zipper on my coat and dry clean it. Prices were slightly lower than a dry cleaner and alterations place in Gurnee.
