Thank you, Kathy! We are so glad we could give your 27" iMac new life. The hard drive was failing, but replacing it with a solid state hard drive will give you more years using that HUGE screen!! Apple hates it when we do this :)

"5 Star Mark" is tirelessly setting up my 88 year old mother's laptop and was very skilled in removing malware we accidentally picked up.
Got me out of a pinch with his in-stock mouse last year!
Mark is always friendly, upbeat and ready to address your project.
2024 update: Mark remotely scrubbed my pc at home.
Since I am not a geek, I also had a bunch of questions and he patiently went through all my issues.

My mom's 92 next month and still enjoying the same laptop!
