Working with Jane for our first time home buyer experience was phenomenal. From the start, she was easy to communicate with, very knowledgable and trustworthy, explained our financial situation fully/answered any questions (even if they weren't the smartest inquiries!), and gave us options for our loan in order to make our own informed decision. We were always able to send potential homes to Jane to be aware of the financials during house shopping. When we were ready to move forward toward locking in a home, Jane informed us of the changes in the market and a potential new strategy for our loan, which we ended up going with after talking it through with her. Jane and her team took care of all paperwork/logistics we needed in order to close seamlessly and continued to answer questions as I had them. Jane is 100% the person you want in your corner during the home buying process, knows and loves her work, and is generally a incredibly pleasant person to work with. I cannot say enough good things - will be recommending to my friends and family.
