Invisible Fence is the best. I have been a customer for twenty years. My dogs enjoy the system at four addresses. At one point I had four cats on the system. Great all atound experience.

We have been customers for over 12 years now. Service in the beginning was great. The product works and they used to be available regularly. Since covid, our local store closed and the next closest store is only open Wednesday from 830a-330p. The only options for setting adjustments on a collar are to go into the store or pay $175 for a service appointment. If you work normal hours, you basically have to burn a vacation day just to get in and have the collar adjusted. The hours on their website are not updated and show Tuesday 1p-4p and Friday 8a-noon for our local store. I went into the location on Tuesday to find a note on their door that they changed hours. You can't call the store directly and end up getting routed to customer service, who confirmed that the hours of operation online are out of date. Customer service informed me that this is not a local problem and their store fronts across the country have the same problem. There is currently no other way to adjust the settings on your collar. As much as i have liked their product. I would never recommend this company since you have to rely on them for setting adjustments and it is very difficult to get into one of their locations.

Marci from Invisible Fence of Northwest Illinois is a gem. She trained our two jack russell pups really well and is right there if you have any questions. I needed a new battery for one of the collars and she was at my door in five minutes with a new one since she was in the area. Really great service and very much appreciated.

Very unhappy with the way a service call was handled by Management After scheduling an appointment days ago, I was called the day of my appointment to ask for a credit or debit card to pay upfront for a service that had not even been performed yet. Technician said he was advised to collect a service fee before starting any work and he relayed this information through text message- so unprofessional!!- I was very offended and I asked for documentation where it stated this rule and was told I would be cancelled if I didnt pay (felt scamm d) - after declining to give out any credit/debit information- I was cancelled- I took an entire work day off just to be told management would call me to discuss why I was cancelled and that never took placeHere it is 12hours later still no call and no working invisible fence shield and no apology for such an unpleasant experience! Not to mention I still have no working fence..: Thanks Kylie in management for not handling this issue properly! So unprofessional to demand a payment upfront on the day of the service without clause. Then to turn around, cancel my appointment claiming theyd call me to discuss why and never did!!
