Susan was the best realtor we could have asked for. She listened thoroughly, and then carefully considered our needs and wants. When we found a property we loved, she fought tooth and nail for us but when the only way to win the negotiation was out of our reach, she helped us avoid a poor financial decision. We backed out of that deal only to find a much better fit for ourselves within a week, with a totally smooth closing! For all these reasons and more, we just asked her to help my mother in law sell one home and purchase a new one. Susan and Matt were hard working, patient, thorough, and a total delight. Not just with the real estate, either! They have referred us to contractors, good places to donate used items, they even helped clear out my MIL's garage they are the definition of full-service. Susan and Matt are quite simply the most competent and enjoyable realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Every question we had they had a snappy (and accurate) response. Every road block was explained and navigated. Buying or selling a house is stressful. If you're looking to make it as easy as it can get, look no further.
