The realtor misrepresented our property on two occasions, seven years apart! Both times the " sales pro" lied about the number of deeded parking spaces the townhome would come with. The first when my then 87 year old mother purchased the townhome, the second after my mother had passed. Note to Lackey, this makes closing expensive and difficult.

Friendly & Knowledgeable Contacted Brad Andersen about a property listed in Lake Bluff. We set up and time to see the property shortly after our call. I have seen at least 100 properties in the past 2 years of my search, which means I've interacted with a lot of agents along the way. I would say hands down that Brad is the most knowledgeable agent I've ever met. He is not only knowledgeable about the property he is marketing, but knows the area extremely well. Let's just say that in a few years after I find my home I hope to work with Brad in a different capacity. Selling the home as well.

My wife and I stumbled upon the Lake Bluff office of GG&L while touring the North Shore. We knew we would likely be moving into the area and wanted to stop in and see if they had any listings, or could give some advice.There was one realtor, Ron, left in the office (it was late on a Friday). He was literally out the door for a weekend fishing trip when we walked in. Where we would have been satisfied with a few leaflets, Ron, with good humor and genuine concern, sat down and  found a number of properties that fit what the wife and I were looking for in the area. He loaded us up with information on the area and gave us the number of a colleague who could show us any properties that interested us the next day.The colleague, Marie, not only showed us properties the next day, she worked closely with us over the next month to identify properties. On a subsequent trip to the Chicago area, she showed a number of properties and helped us find a home and complete a lease agreement in a compressed time frame.Last week, when we arrived at our new home, Marie had arrived in advance, checked the condition of the unit, secured our keys and made sure we were well settled before leaving. I know realtors are, by profession, strong on people skills, but the GG&L team went above what we could ever have asked for. Where most professionals provide an acceptable level of service, the drive, good character, and warmth we experienced with GG&L was surprising and exceptional. Thank you, GG&L for a great experience.
