“Specialists†not showing up for scheduled applications, creating unsubstantiated reasons not to provide service, no consistency in personnel- 7 appointments by 7 different “specialists†No consistency in training or knowledge. I was ghosted several times after setting my day aside and cancelling important meetings . No respect for my time and all customer service reps working from home unable to review past notes or do anything to schedule or improve the situation. Do yourself a favor and buy a fogger and do it yourself. It will be a lot less time consuming or frustrating
