        Our sales associate went above and beyond to find something my wife was looking for and researched for other questions we had. We rarely see that in other stores today. He was truly amazing.

        This is my go to location since moving to the burbs and the staff is always super friendly and helpful... they can also track anything down and have it sent to your home..

        Don't shop here. Its very possible that you will have the same experience as me where you pay for merchandise only for them to say you didnt pay and to dispute the charge with your bank. How does that make any sense? I even called my bank and had the bank rep verify the purchase and they still wouldn't give me the merchandise or even refund me. I got completely ripped off. Although I'm confident I'll win the dispute and my bank will refund me the money I have to say Willams Sonoma needs to get their credit card transaction processed fixed and their associates trained better from a customer service perspective. There's no way a paying customer with proof that they've paid should walk away with no merchandise or a refund if asked. This place is pathetic and I won't be back.
