Do not use this credit union/bank if you actually want to access your money after hours via an atm, transfers, etc. it is absolutely ridiculous and the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with.

Celina was super helpful, she was very accommodating and helped me finance my car in 2-3 days time! They gave me the best rates, their team was very professional and I just had a really good experience with them. Thank you!

Teller at the drive thru window acted as I was inconveniencing her. Poor customer service.

Save yourself the headache and find a capable credit union to do business with. The customer service is all 3rd party and completely fractured. We had some fraudulent charges on our credit card one time that they flagged (the good) and then cancelled our card to issue a new one (also good). However, even though it's our same account, when the new card was issued we lost ALL access to data, statements and account information that occurred prior to the card being cancelled. It took weeks to get someone to send all of our historical statements and when they finally did so, it was by MAIL, despite our specific request to send via secure email or on the portal. Do. Not. Recommend.
