Generally hate going to this chase branch because the counter girl is always rude. The guy is very nice and helpful however. Not the customer service typically received by Chase Banks. Let me answer the question below I always ask for the cash to be placed in an envelope. Nearly every other teller typically does this without ask so youre not handling germy money or losing bills as you transport it. This counter girl always refuses and rolls her eyes when I ask. I hope that answered your concern. I understand that youre trying to make up for the bad review that she has caused, but lets not add fake reviews with fake content

One year later and I had an equally as terrible experience with Chase Private Client banker. I can't imagine why someone isn't recognizing the lack of service

This review is regarding the Private Client Banker, Sarah Ouariti. I've been a customer with Chase for almost 10 years. She is easily the rudest banker I've ever encountered. Due to COVID, I wanted to keep some space between me and her. However, she insisted me to sit next to her. After I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable. She gave me back my ID and said I can leave, with a change into a rude tone. This is very unperfessional and bad customer services. Fortunately, another Banker, Phillip, helped me.
