We purchased a house with Megan on 9/23. She was clueless the whole transaction. Getting lost between appointments, to zero negotiation skills, to recommending us a horrible inspector (who was praising her, probably for his %, should of seen the) and at the very end lied to us about a some kind of complementary home insurance from the JaneLee team (my husband discussed this with her) that we obviously never received. If you need any random agent of zillow just to close, sure... but even then, I wouldn't recommend.

Megan is a top notch full service realtor. She worked with me from start to finish through a very involved sale of my home. There was a lot of cleanup and repair work to ready the house for sale. Megan recommended all the needed contractors and coordinated all their comings and goings. She really took all the worry out of an otherwise stressful task. I recommend her highly and will be calling her the next time I buy or sell another house. You should too!

Megan is the best agent to go to if you want to buy or sell your house. She is very professional and understands your priorities. She never pushed me and gave me plenty of space to make my decisions. She was on point when writing offers for the house. She helped me at every point in the buying procedure giving me all the information I needed. Also provided her list of contacts after buying the house. I would surely use her services in the future too.
