Very pleased with friendly service. They let me buy just the flowers not arranged, which was really nice for what I needed them for. Not all places let you do that so it put my mind at ease knowing they do.

im writing to thank you for your unbelievable service. i phoned at the end of the day yesterday asking if you had any readymade arrangements that you could deliver to a resort that same day. it was a long shot (i was involved in an emergency that prevented me from calling earlier). your team was incredible, the person i spoke to said she would start making an arrangement as we spoke and turned my call over to an associate who took the delivery information. your team was so kind in the middle of a challenging day. my heart was filled by your kindness. not only did you manage to get them delivered quickly, my sister sent a picture of my family toasting the arrival of the wedding weekend with the most beautiful flowers from you in the foreground. thank you for being such a wonderful florist.

Flowers are pretty but not worth it. Not special by any means. Unlike most reviews here, I dont live near and walk over. I still thought it worth checking out for flowers and cards. My experience here reminded me why people like me should never visit businesses in Lake Bluff. The countless times she looked at me from head to toe, reminded me I dont live here. The best time was when I turned around and caught you still eyeing me down from the back. And your colleague was staring at me from the side as she prepared someones arrangement. It was funny lol. I hope your clients order is received well. It must be pretty hard to make a flower arrangement while not looking. I appreciate your true demeanor. Most businesses dont have the strength or capacity to choose the color of money. No I dont need your help.
