June 29th 2023 update I went in for $2 bills and she says we don't have those YOU ARE A BANK! So truth be told I'm a little bit disappointed. It's Tuesday and there's only one Banker private Banker to help customers. The lady said she's been waiting 40 minutes to be seen! I know this is a multi-billion Dollar Bank and you can't hire enough staff to help people? I thought I would get better service in Lake Bluff but I thought wrong The fact that you have one person ONE is ridiculous to help a multitude of people. And you give them a day off on a Tuesday are you kidding right now! Chase do better! Be better! I know you can afford it! Really you can afford it

Stopped in for a simple cash withdrawal while waiting for my replacement card in the mail. Laura was the one that assisted me and in that short amount of time she was so friendly and helpful. Brought me up to speed on some of the online services I havent utilized yet and offered to help set them up. All while processing the withdrawal quickly at the same time. Great service!
