I recently picked up my Audi SQ5 from Ultimate Paint Shop and was amazed with the quality of the work, and the care Joanna and the team took to repair my car and make it look like it came out of the showroom! Although UPS has been in business for yrs, and is now being run by the 2nd generation, it felt like they were working as if the company was a start-up.
Joanna, in particular, was my point person. There was an insurance claim, parts took an incredibly long time to arrive, and there was a fair amount of work needed. Joanna called me weekly with the update and status of my Audi. All of the UPS folks I met during a multi-month process were terrific and caring about their customers and the work they do.
I couldn't recommend many services, regardless of industry, more than the confidence and good feelings I have as a result of my experience at Ultimate Paint Shop.

Joanna is so AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and honest, she makes sure that you are comfortable in a very frustrating and stressful situation. Great communication and professionalism from start to finish, Ultimate Paint Shop is top tier I would highly recommend them!
