        4 times they came. 4 times I was charged. 4 times my issue was not fixed! When the last emergency call was made they didn't bother to show up. I kept calling them at landlord request. I finally went to Rotorooter in Peru. Call Pat, they are the best!!

        Had a dripping tub faucet. Plumber quoted me $950 to replace it. I thought this was strange considering we hadnt discussed what hed replace it with, a factor that can greatly increase the price. I asked if he was able to remove the stem. He said he didnt try and if I wanted it repaired I should, call someone else. Then he hung up on me. I called the office. The dispatcher apologized and told me the owner would call me in the afternoon. Its been two days and I received no call. Update: I repaired it myself with $1.50 worth of flat washers.
