Churchview Apartments was the perfect first apartment for me. The location was great (loved being so close to a number of parks), the other tenants were always respectful, and the landlords responsive. Wonderful space for Loaf and me, would recommend to anyone looking for some lovely living arrangements! The landlords also renovated the old building into apartments, and they kept so much of the original work. Was sad to leave!

My dog and I lived here well over a year and a half. This was by far my favorite place to liveever. Its a perfect layout, very modern and so clean. The gym and laundry room and storage unit were spectacular. The landlord is fantastic. He takes of any problem right away. His job is easy though, there arent too many problems here. I would have lived here forever, but my boyfriend and I decided to move in together. If you choose to live here, just know your friends will be so jealous of your place.

I enjoyed renting from the B Brothers. They are very responsive and put a lot of effort into keeping the Churchview apartments nice. The location is nice & safe. The apartment was a perfect size for my dog & I. The bonus area in the basement was a nice place to hang out for a change of scenery as well. I would highly recommend the Churchview apartments!

I lived here for over a year and loved it! The building had just been renovated into apartments and the amenities (storage room, gym) were a great bonus to the living space!
