        The entire process was exceptional! Alma took care of every detail as if she was working on a project for her own home. From picking out a perfect slabs to selecting the best seam locations, the quality of her attention to detail was exceptional! The delivery of our countertops were on time and the installation was done perfectly. Great customer service, great value & beautiful product. They have beautiful pieces to select from and their fabrication was top notch. My installer, Yobany was meticulous. I am glad I selected Blue Pearl as I had so many other challenges with my home build.         I was disappointed by the lack of professional service. Theresa seems to struggle with interpersonal and conflict management skills. I felt that she was passive aggressive, slowed progress of my order and was unprofessional when it became apparent I was not satisfied with the work.

Teresa is a force, she is able to import direct from the quarry which allows her to sell stone by the sqft - which to a builder like us, is very attractive. BluePearl is also very skilled at fabrication and always deliver a flawless product.       Dear Ms. Revsine, I am sorry you feel that way about me. Looking back I believe we had only one meeting, which was approximately 18 months ago, in 2022, when you selected stone for your Kitchen. We measured your kitchen on May 23 2022, and installed it on May 25th 2022 (3 days later) without issue. We received the balance of the invoice on February 24, 2023. Later, we were asked to convert a damaged piece of marble that was removed from your demolition. We cut the rectangular piece into a round, and restored and hand-finished the marble to the size ordered. Your designer selected a decorative edge for you that she thought would work with your decor, that we completed. After it was complete, you said you did not want that edge. Further, the table base that was delivered to us was missing parts, and could not be put together. Your designer covered the cost of the more decorative edge, and you said that you wanted to pick up the top instead of providing a different base. We deducted the cost of the delivery and installation of the top, and a month later you pulled up in your car to have our craftsmen load the restored top. Today, September 1, I sent you a kind reminder to close out the balance for the restoration work that was completed last May. Within a minute of receiving the bill you wrote this review. You did not respond to my call today. I love my work and always try to respond to customers quickly and with a positive attitude. I wish you all the best Michelle. Peace.
