They failed to show up on the scheduled day and didn't call to say they wouldn't be there. Once they did show up to put the building in, they left screws lying all over and the cuts on the metal were left sharp. I'm currently having someone go around my building and grind down all the sharp edges left. My lawnmower tires have found two of the dropped screws that I didn't see. The installer also wanted to argue with my wife about the location of the building. Not a good experience

We have two of these builds up one is a 2 car garage 18 x 22
the other one is a 18x20 just a hang out shed. Its open on 3 sides but put tarps up in winter. We love them of both. Now we're getting ready to build a hay shed 18x50. I can't wait.

The crew did a great job assembling my carport and were very precise in making sure it was square and level.

Crew was here on time, the generic plans are worthless. The notch for roll up door says 8ft made it 8.25 I even called them before the pour they told me 8 ft. they set door back that worked out ok the problem I had was he drilled holes for garage door opening to close to notch lip so concrete chipped and anchors are exsposed I will need to patch with structural grout.back to plans anchors are called for no less than 4 inch from each up rite that's not how they did them I do believe it's solid so I paid them I didnt'realize the chipped concrete untill next day due to concrete powder from drilling covering them.the concrete was poured 4 weeks prior to the day 4000ps ithey are such a large company very hard to get a hold of
