We have always been pleased with the prompt service & reasonable prices. I recently had a problem with a sump pump drainage pipe at our rental house. Eds went out the same day I called & had it fixed that day. The staff are super friendly. Thank you!

My Aunt is a customer and they're always helpful and keep her heating and cooling systems running well. They helped me get paperwork to take to her insurance and are always nice

I had Eds install a Water Heater and they were out here less than 2hrs. I checked there work and everything looked fine an hour later I went into the room to grab something and saw it was leaking. I immediately called Eds and told them it was leaking. They sent another technician out to fix the leak. I received the bill for the installation and they charged me $465 for labor when they were out here less than 2hrs. When I called they said the reason I will billed so much is the technicians that installed it said they told me it was leaking and I said dont fix it. Why would I have a new tank installed and not stop a leak. I will NEVER have Eds do any work for me as this is not the first time something like this has happened. I dont feel like its right that I have to pay for their incompetent technicians and shady way they overcharged me. Be especially careful when having them do any work. If I was you Ill take a before and after picture that way it time stamped and shows their incompetence and youll see you will be overcharged too.
