        The inside of our window has some gross sticky film on it so not that there was a view but we definitely didn't want to keep the curtains drawn. We hung the "maid service please" sign on the door every day hoping for fresh towels, trash taken out and extra coffee. We never got service despite seeing them on our floor in other rooms.

        Our stay here was good. After a few issues with a birthday party and a group of teens. The manager corrected the issue with an above and beyond resolution. (Thank you). The rooms are older but they are clean and comfortable. The hot tub jets are the best of all the hotels that we have stayed in so far. A bit strong on the chlorine, but I was ok with that because of the number of people that used the pool yesterday. The location is great, and I felt safe.

        Reserved a double room at the Hilton Garden for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. So today 3/3/2024 was the day for the party get there and they have a sign up saying the pool is closed, so the staff say the would be working later, soI still say I gonna give them a chance. Check in time is 3:00 as I'm paying the lights go out now I got decorations to put up so now I got to wait for 2 hours to the lights come on and no pool. So we're having the party with about 9 kids...2 with special needs and get a call saying we to loud and if they get another call we were going have to leave so the kids were watching T.V and the 2 special needs kids were loud. Next thing I know knock at the door police saying we're being ask to leave cause of noise. I don't know how you suppose to keep a Autistic Child( ren) Quiet. Rooms: Rooms was not cleaned good.
