He was amazing in explaining how the loan worked and shared his own experiences in what to expect and how to handle anything that came up with my own credit issues. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and professional this young man was, and loved his great sense of humor! Thank you Ryan!

        Catherine at the bourbonnais office is amazing! She helped us set up our personal accounts and get everything set up with the app during covid over the phone and email. Recently, we were able to go in and get a business account set up. She walked us thru every step and made sure we understood. All do the staff at the branch is wonderful every time Ive had to come in.

        Removed money from my boyfriend's account for charges made by his ex-wife, simply because they have the same last name. No notification whatsoever. Now he has to close his account, contact all his direct pay and direct deposit vendors and get a new debit card.
