        Never go here ever again food took 20 minutes to prepare, even though they are just heating it up. It was very musty, crusty dusty. The doors were locked. They forgot our straws. We went to the drive-through window to get the straws and the one cookie. They forgot they brought us inside and we waited another 10 minutes for a cookie. I recommend you never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go here. also there was a drunk dude walking by. Fries were good

        Came about 7:30 no lattes no shakes and no frappes. How sad. They were pleasant though so not a terrible time. Still, they told me they've been waiting on a tech to come fix the McCafe machine for 2 months. Not the employees fault of course. But man does it seem like any time I want a shamrock shake whatever store I'm at the machines just started the cleaning process Here it was both machines down and I ordered on the kiosk so they were already paid for. They did refund me but I want to talk about the emotional damages!

        The staff here is always very pleasant. I always find it amazing how they give that extra energy to make my day that much better. The food has never been off scale. The staff here 100% deserves recognition for their positive vibes. Thank you.
