      image I am an advocate for Credit Unions. KTBCU is woefully lacking in customer service, making a case for going with institutions that can provide good customer service. Credit unions should be able provide good customer service, otherwise becoming extinct is fair game. Recommending any business not attentive to it's customer should not be done, bank here knowing that.
