Sherwood Forest apartments is great place the management is awesome Santa sherry and elf rola are super awesome and very sweet and it's a nice quiet place to live

I lived there between 2017-2018 with my kids dad.. It was nice at first. Then we found a mouse living in our apartment. My son got ring worm on his face from how nasty the floor was. I got a Shampooer and Shampooed the carpet A MILLION times and I still couldnt get the water to look clean... I had said something to management, nothing ever got done. Then they got new management, we moved out, and they stuck us with a $2,500 cleaning bill when the floors were obviously filthy when we moved in.. That pissed me off.. Then one afternoon at about 3:30pm we got a note on our door about maintenance having to enter in 24 hours... Woke up the next morning at 8am to the maintenance man standing in my room waking me up!! So 24 hour notices aren't a thing!! My car got broken into a lot and these people literally stole everything, even my USED Deodorant.. I had people just walk into my apartment twice, so be sure to always lock your door behind you.. The washers they had ruined my clothes.. And the last apartment building has lots of violence going on. (Always partying, cops are always there, etc.) Definitely a rough place to try and raise a family I'll say.... I was only 19/20 years old and they took advantage of me real quick with that cleaning bill considering I did nothing but clean up after whoever lived there before me... I wouldn't recommend those apartments ever!!
