        I called to ask if they could help service my water softener. Whoever answered the call told me "I made my bed, so unfortunately now I have to lay in it" when I told him I had a plumber install a new softener and I was having issues. I asked if he had any suggestions, and he told me that their company "relishes" in this, and they live for calls like this. He literally laughed me off the phone and was incredibly unprofessional. I would absolutely avoid them.

      Joe, we did give you suggestions as to where you could possibly find service since you bought a unit from a plumber or handyman in the neighborhood. You indicated that “you called four plumbers seeking service of which none could give you any direction”. We tried to give you an explanation as to why most professionals probably can’t or won’t service that unit and that’s why your in the situation you’re in. Sorry for the frustration. Good luck.
