This is a decent company even though they take out escrow (each week of $250 that equals up $1000) even though they dont use it to fix anything that needs to be fixed or cleaned in the truck if you was to leave, only one person (head of maintenance) can issue out any road calls; so if you are broke down overnight and he is sleep you are sleep till he can assist you, and most of the fleet managers are big on micro managing the drivers.

Company have a fantastic hiring and onboarding process. Trucks are clean and well maintained. Dispatch always responds in a timely manner and loads/miles are consistent. Overall phenomenal company to work for.

This organization is excellent. We work as a team to support the drivers and each other. The Dispatch and Maintenance Teams are amazing at keeping our drivers on the road every day. Drivers have the full support of Safety Services and Accounting. The people I work with are dedicated and truly care about each other, and that originates with our Ownership. Such a refreshing and positive experience working here. AGM really is Always Giving More.

Editing my original review that I made 2 years ago- this company has gotten entirely too large, they no longer put the DRIVER FIRST. In fact they find no shame in leaving a driver literally stranded. They will apologize profusely and offer compensation to which they never deliver. If you have any issues after hours you may as well shut down and wait until the following day because after hours (if they EVER answer the phone) have absolutely no clue whatsoever what theyre doing, theyre literally no help at all. Its so sad because Im leaving my original review below- this company WAS AMAZING! Original Review: My SO started driving for AGM a few months ago and it has been AMAZING. Hes only been driving OTR for a few years now. Before AGM he drove for two MAJOR transport companies and they were both absolute nightmares. AGM has definitely been a breath of fresh air for our little family. I definitely recommend AGM to anyone considering swapping companies.
