I went to Vitality Health Center in Joliet to see Lily, my massage therapist. My areas of discomfort are my neck and back. I try to see Lily every two weeks and see Dr K once per month. With this regime I feel they are able to keep the neck and back moving better for me. Lilys technique always pinpoints the bothersome areas. Dr Kapoor is top notch. He is able to keep my neck moving without pain. Dana is a delight. She welcomes you to the office and helps schedule and make your payments. Highly recommend Vitality Health on Caton Farm Road!

I was in a lot of pain when I first started seeing Dr. K. I had pinched nerve with some radiating pain from my neck to my finger tips. Dr. K helped me work through the sore muscles, taught me some exercises and adjusted my neck, shoulder and back. It was a free weeks of working through but feeling so much better now. I highly recommend Dr. K! He will put you at ease has a good sense of humor and is great listener. If you are thinking about getting an adjustment look no further!

Vitality Health Center is GREAT! I have been to several Chiropractors over the years for issues with my back and never found so much relief as I have found at this center. Dr. K is AWESOME, he is very attentive, kind and caring. The whole staff there is Great. The massage therapist are miracle workers. I highly recommend this center.
