        I've had multiple bad experiences with Lenore at this location. Sadly she's the only non-teller who is consistently present and this is the only location near me that can cut a new debit card same day. Anything not written on the laminated card behind her desk is beyond her grasp and customer service is nil. Old Plank Trail - please make new debit cards available at your Shorewood location and spare your customers this grief.

        Damaris is hands down my favorite bank teller. She didn't put me through the hell I went through at Aurora Bank and Trust. She was kind and nice. I was able to cash my check and it was a relief. Great Customer Service.
