Steak 'n Shake

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender with a coke however they gave me a root beer instead and didnt even give me my chicken tenders. My husbands order was fine and he got his food but all I got was my fries and BBQ cup.

How can you call this place fast food. In the drive through people had to wait 30mins while the workers dont care abt their costumers and the place is extremely dirty.

Love the food here but the service is awful. Theres hardly ever customers in the drive thru with us or in the restaurant when my family and I go pick up food, but it always takes an extremely long time to get our food. Its typically about 15 minutes when we go through the drive thru now. This last visit was horrendous. We noticed they raised the prices on the meals we usually order, but who isnt raising their prices at this point? Its just disappointing since this was usually our go to place for an inexpensive dinner for us and the kids. But they brought us the wrong food twice when there was only one other car behind us. We had to have waited at least 20 minutes. I wanted to complete a customer survey instead of just coming on here and leaving a negative review but were never given a receipt when we go. I grew up coming to this Steak n Shake and loved it but I think after today its time to find a new place for when we want burgers. **Update. We just got home and our order was wrong again. My husband got a plain steak burger instead of the bacon double steak burger he ordered.
