Catherine Gianan, NP was late for every scheduled appointment I had set up with her in advance. There is no way talk to the Dr's or NP's directly unless it was during an appointment. She filled my prescriptions without asking, however, the IPD, is a disgrace. No where will they say how much a session costs, but expect a $300+ bill for a 1hr call/visit. Evaluations and tests cost more. I find it truly sad that there are people who really want to help people but are stuck in a dying Institution/Insurance model. Even more sad, is that most of who needs help will surely not be able to A. Afford this healthcare B. Not be able to jump through the hoops C. Not have the patience to wait endlessly for answers D. Book a timely appointment within a few weeks. Good luck if you get caught it their sticky traps! Better off adopting a healthy diet and exercise routine.

The call center is literally the most terrible system Ive ever been apart of. You can NEVER get a hold of a specific office. If you need paperwork taken care of you have to physically go in unless it wont get done. I will be changing providers after this year.

If you think you can have your phone call answered, you are wrong. Service is a joke.

I could write a book on how this company failed me, but suffice it to say that Id rather it happened to me and not someone who was in a more precarious mental place or suicidal. They texted me the day I received the referral (3/3/20) and I answered immediately and also called and left a message. A week later (3/10/20) they texted me again: (Hello from Institute for Personal Development. How can we help you today?) and I responded by text and called again, both times civilly voicing my dismay and dissatisfaction in their less than urgent response. Three days later (3/13/20) they responded by text (Hello from Institute for Personal Development. How can we help you today?) again I responded to the text and called and left a message. Three days later (3/16/20) another text (Sorry we missed your call. For a faster response, text us here: https....) and I responded by text and phone for a third time. JUNE 4th - ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER I receive a repeat of the initial text they originally sent. I remain unattended and unhelped. I have decided to change my doctor over this. I have the exchanges screen capped as a precaution and as proof. Avoid these people if you need help. They are anything but.
