Misdiagnosed my mothers ear infection, said she didnt have one. She then went to Lockport Duly the same day and they said she had a raging ear infection that needed treatment. Also gave my sister attitude and refused to look up the fax her doctor sent over that same week. Said she shouldve brought a physical copy regardless of the fact there is an online patient portal specifically for communication purposes.
The lack of professionalism doesnt bother me as much as the poor medical service and the underfunded/lack of resources at this location. People in Joliet come to Duly in need of help, to be treated with anything less than respect is ridiculous. Ive never had such a bad experience with Duly but I hope something changes at this location because I know there are very good medical professionals within the company.

The wait is long. If you decide to come here, just be ready to wait well over an hour or two.

I have gone here my whole life, they have become horrible! Apparently they are too cheap to hire a endocrinologist for the Joliet location, you can't get your child into their actual pediatrician because they must have limited doctors as well. They have become 1 of the worst

Today I want to give five stars to Mariam in Joliet.
She did my bone density test and was so personable and made me feel comfortable and a little better during and after visiting. Going through everything I've been going through, it's nice to have someone like her around.
