I have been in contact with Bailey at this agency. I finally decided to switch my home and car insurance. She was able to save me alot of money. She has been extremely kind, professional and patient with me through this transition. It was hard for me to switch at first, i was with another insurance company for over 20 years and they have always been good to work with. Unfortunately, there rates were so high I just couldn't stay with them any longer. I hope that I will be able to stay with State farm for just as long or longer.

I have never had as great of an experience getting home and auto insurance as I did dealing with Stephanie at Craig Lincoln's State Farm office !! Stephanie I exceptionally knowledgeable about All aspects of the insurance industry. She is really an exceptional asset to Craig's team!! I will definitely recommend Craig's office to anyone I come in contact with, both looking for new insurance, or, looking to switch carrier's. Not only was the service that I received fantastic, they too were able to save me a lot of money on my home owners and auto polices. Which makes the experience even sweeter !! Truly a great agency to work with, MORE should be operated in this fashion.

Absolutely love this office and insurance. They are so very kind, incredibly helpful and super responsive. Any problems, issues or concerns I have, Steph answers then faster than my wife does . Can't believe I lived my life with out them for so long... Finally glad I made the switch. Unprecedented professionalism while they try to connect with their clients. Again Steph, thank you for everything..... Wish all people cared the way you do.
