I normally use Cy's Heating & Cooling for season maintenance...blowing air out of furnace before winter and cleaning/charging a/c In summer.This year, I had my heater go out in a below zero weekend. He came out and came thru in a clutch!  Came with parts and had his face mask on.I highly recommend Cy's.  I've been happy with the service in the 5 years we've been in our home.

The house I bought had the Cy's Heating and cooling label on the equipment. I've had to call twice now for repairs and both times they are very responsive and professional. They always know what the issue is and repair same day. Today I called on a Saturday and he made the effort to come in to check my situation out. I would definitely use them again. Our basement flooded in May (2020) during a horrific rainstorm - it took on at least 12 inches of water which, in turn, flooded our furnace.  We hadn't thought about it until the weather started to turn cooler and we wanted to turn the furnace on.  Unfortunately it did not work - the inducer motor ran for a couple of seconds then shut off - repeatedly.  Rather than try to diagnose and repair it ourselves (never a good idea!), we called Cy's Heating & Cooling and left a message, thinking that we probably wouldn't hear from them for a few hours.  Instead of having to wait that long, we received a call back within 20 minutes and a repair tech was here within 15 minutes after that!  Talk about prompt service - it was actually pretty refreshing to have someone come out that quickly.  The technician - a very nice and knowledgeable older guy - was able to find out what was wrong in a short time (bad control board and inducer motor).  He was able to replace the control board right away because he had one in his truck but he had to return the following day (around 3 PM) with a new motor.  Turns out that he was able to come earlier, and he installed the new motor but the control board he put in the day before was faulty.  Thankfully he had another new one in his truck.  After installing that one, the furnace lit without any further problems and it has been running fine ever since.  I would rather give my business to the smaller "mom and pop" businesses in town than a larger company with a lot of technicians that seem to look for ways to bump up the price.  Cy's prices were pretty reasonable and you can't beat the immediate service.  I will definitely call them again, should something else go wrong.
