Zach helped us out with concise, good information to make a decision about what a.c. product we needed. He was trustworthy, honest and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Zach from Super Tech was great! Our AC went down and Zach was able to come out and assess it same day. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. We needed to have it replaced as it was very old; our furnace was even older, so we made the decision to replace both. Zach gave us an estimate quickly. We got 2 other estimates and Super Tech was by far the cheapest. I also liked that the pricing was straightforward, the other companies were like buying a used car and just felt shady ("let me talk to my manager and see what I can do" type of thing). We decided to go with Super Tech and we are very happy with that decision! They were able to get us on the schedule next day, they came on time, told us exactly what to expect and were very professional. We would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs!
