Following terrytalks_holistic nutrition has helped me in a profoundly miraculous way. Taking the correct healthy supplements and eating healthier has relieved me of IBS issues I don't have to take prescription medications (that wasn't working anyway). I feel healthy and energetic more I also have hypothyroidism and terrytalks nutrition has helped tremendously with the right healthy food's to eat.
