This is hands down the worst Target! Go to Plainfield location and you'll see the difference. Management at this Shorewood location needs to do better! The store is always out of stock of pretty much all grocery items. I was shocked this morning at how sad it looks and btw most of the employees are great! But clearly the store manager doesn't care about the store and it shows. Might as well go to Walmart next block. So sad

Simple fact that they are unwilling to accept cash in the self-check out POS. I suspect that they dont want to count tills at closing. Thats it. If crusty Walmart can why cant Target. Youre better than this, cmon.

Had an issue with my Easter Delivery somehow they were contacting my father even though my number was listed but they used my fathers order from a previous order as I do my fathers shopping the lady who answered the phone was completely rude and ignorant. She lacked any customer service skills or care for customers. I will not shop here again. Thankfully the shopper turned out to be wonderful. Hopefully the lady who answered the phone at customer service that works for Target can have surgery to remove the stick up her butt.

I have shopped many times at Target with no issues and friendly associates always willing to help. Today I went to get an Easter book for my grandson and I found one book with the price shown on back of the book. I checked out and noticed my receipt showed a charge of $2 more than the stamped price. I took the book to Customer Service and explained I was overcharged and the lady said we charge whatever it scans. I asked if they could do that and she looked shocked that I would even ask. She said you want to return it? I told her yes if it was not the stamped price. I am so disappointed not even with the price but the lack of Customer Service. Maybe a response of Im sorry the price must have increased but I will give it to you for the stamped price. We appreciate your shopping with us. One less customer for Target and Ill walk over to Walmart.
