    First off, I'm grateful we were not hurt, and stuff is just stuff.. it can be replaced...... I also would NOT write a poor review if I wasn't sure.. (Some of the better reviews may be their own employees). There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would call on them or recommend them to anyone. The level of damage done to our items, and the fact you won't get back everything (UNDAMAGED ITEMS) done it for me. When you have a 3-piece cashmere pants set all on THE SAME hanger and they only return the cardigan (rough feeling nothing like cashmere anymore) and tell you the other pieces were damaged.... HOW? Now we did get back some electronics they broke in transit. We did demand them to return some electronics and art they said was damaged, but when we got them back they were still in good and working condition(?). We had a fire in our bedroom and they came and took away everything to clean. They only returned WHAT THEY DIDN'T WANT FOR THEMSELVES. Keep in mind that the actual fire was in one room of the house, and nothing was salvageable in that room. Things that were in the same room/closet (in other rooms of house where there was no fire, just smoke), only the lower-end items were returned. They kept the high end items. Same with our electronics. When I demanded a 'non salvageable' item be returned anyway, no damage. Another item I retrieved from the house and personally handed to one of their employees to get cleaned for me, they tried to keep by telling us through email that it was non-salvageable.. I demanded that item back as well, and it's still wearable, no damage other than the missing button it always had before the fire. They also RUIN your items. How ever they are 'cleaning' your items (some still smell like smoke and some I know have only been pressed..not Cleaned) must be done all on the same setting. ALL of my silk items are ruined, ALL of my knits are ruined, ALL of my cashmeres feel weird, my leather items are hard and crunchy, everything came back dull, rough feeling, and shrunken. This is how the employees end up with items they want....BY TAKING YOURS, and damaging the rest. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

    I had a house fire on February 2nd, 2023, they came to my property and just took belongings, didn't even take everything. I had two necklaces missing from my home, I called and told them and heard nothing more about it. They overcharged me, charged me for cleaning stuff that wasn't even clean. Overall terrible experience, do not recommend this company at all. I didn't pick this company to work with, it is who the contracting company chose. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

    BIG damage an heirloom stereo system first by not securing the phonograph arm properly for transport and then on delivery had the improper amount of manpower to handle the weight and girth of this stereo cabinet. After they damaged the cabinet they made no attempts to contact the customer to assure that their damage had been repaired and when the customer contacted them they said sorry we broke your merchandise but we are not responsible. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
