Took mom back to have her dentures fixed and they were awesome, they took care of her and made sure she was satisfied with them.

I left this office a year ago not happy with my dentures or the dentist. And was basically told to bad. I almost didnt go back. I called and had an appointment today. I think they changed staff everyone was so nice this time and started the process to get me new dentures. Im so excited and happy. Thankfully he seen they didnt fit me or my face and didnt look natural. Definitely glad I gave them a second chance

Hi - I called to schedule a root canal at the Aspen Dental in Joliet location. The gal said she would call me back in an hour to schedule it, she never did. I also left a vm message, no has yet to call me back , its been 4 days now. Customer service means everything to me and Im sure for everyone. I wouldnt recommend this location because Im not sure that the folks at that location cares.

The worst experience I have ever had at a medical dental office. They overcharged for everything, the lady explaining the treatment plan and cost was very rude and rushed through. I called back to ask for further information and was told I would get a callback, which never happened. I was charged an initial for a crown plus "deep" cleaning and now have another bill in front of me. I have two cleanings set to complete this portion and fear more bills. I received a second quote in downtown Chicago for $700 less than I paid initially. The deep cleaning needed should have just been for the tooth needing a crown. I would not step another foot in this place if it wasn't for the cleanings I have remaining. Billing here is a joke, and the doctors overwhelm with their program with things not needed.

Ive tried going to this place on 2 different occasions. My first time, the staff was rude, they kept rescheduling me (3 times in 1 week), and I felt like I wasnt being respected. It also took them months to refund me, when I was told it should take a week. As for the second, theyre just in it for the money. They were trying to make me do this deep cleaning procedure, instead of handling the issues I wanted to have addressed. Reading other peoples reviews, it seems to be an ongoing theme. I dont have thousands of dollars to throw away, because all they care about is their bottom line. Its shocking, that they believe they can take advantage of people like that! Worst of all, I doubt they care! P.S. The 4 people trying to scam me were Kyle, Jackie, Kyles assistant, and the hygienist. And Im still waiting for my refund from this go around
