Im a long time client, and this place has gone downhill within the last year or so - which is sad because they USED to be great. I had an appointment in December at 5pm which I scheduled in September. I left work early to show up, and when I got there the doors were locked and lights were off! I called numerous times, left a voicemail, and no one called me back. When I called and got a hold of them and told them that they blew me off she said So what is your question? Nice that they will charge YOU for a no show, but they cant even apologize when its their fault. Fast forward to today, I found a new dentist. They reached out for my husbands records, and hammes had no record of him. I had to call Hammes for them to be able to find them. It took me 5 times to get a hold of them over this issue. Consider yourself lucky if they answer the phone, and even more so if they give you a call back!

Get someone else to do it! No really, go elsewhere. However, if you want a good cleaning, Stephanie is great! Anything other than that is a headache at this office. The billing and payments are ALWAYS incorrect, Kim's only response is that she "only works 1/2 days a weeks" and Dr. Trakakis is rough, unprofessional and has a terrible bedside manner. Don't let the reviews here fool you. This office has changed doctors several times over the year. I'm glad to have found Dr. Rebecca again at Plainfield Family Dental. Dr. Trakakis has another practice at Dental Dreams in Fox Valley, make sure you take a look at those reviews as well before deciding.

Dr. Jans and the staff are professional and courteous. They make the usually dreaded trip to the dentist much more relaxing.
