        Do not explain or handle business professional. But this is what you get when you try to support black business. NEVER AGAIN!!! Also, as my review to your company is my opinion to the service I received. As you mentionedhow much value you own you forgot my actual problem which is being professional. You show exactly what I stated when you respond back with what service you gave and how you didnt have to do something. The problem now days is people want to own a business but dont realize that customers is what keep that business open. 1) yes, my order was not correct and thats were the problem lies. 2) When I approached you with my order not being correct Im being laughed at by your employer instead of being asked what is wrong with the order so we can try to get the issue fix. If that the service you give, I will right a review because no one wants to pay money for anything andget laughed at when its not right. The fact that you choose the method to state how good your business is and not try to fix the problem thats where my review or your business becomes unprofessional. Im the same color as you so Im not here to distort a black own business thats why I came as a customer to support your business. The one thing I know for sure, if I went to a more PROFESSIONAL company and had an issue with my order it would not have been handled in the manor of me being laughed at after I spent my money for a product that was not made correctly. So again your comment and your business is very unprofessional. We can save everything else needed to say to the Better Business Bureau. As for you I hope in the future you become professional to those that support and pay for your services. Have a blessed day.

        I went to Top 5% for professional finger printing. Ezra, aside from being extremely knowledgeable in all things involving printing, has cutting edge printer technology available. From fingerprints to t-shirts, the colors & designs were eye-catching and beautiful. A very cool store!

      Yes, we are a proud Black Owned/Veteran Owned/Female Owned/Disable Veteran Owned/Minority Owned Company. All of the above.We greet everyone that walk through our door with a smile, followed by “good morning” or “good afternoon.” When you enter you’ll find an organized and highly maintained shop. You won't find gangster music or inappropriate language used or a run down looking shop during your visit, but I guess that’s what makes us unprofessional to you, unlike the rest of our customers that left reviews.Sir, your job was as simple as it gets. You wanted 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green flag with 2 words on one side and 2 words on the other side. I read everything back to you after taking notes regarding what you wanted. You were fine with everything I read back. I told you what size the flags would be and you said that it was hard for you to visualize how big it would be. I left to grab a tape measure to show you exactly how wide and how tall the flags would be. We sent over the proof prior to making them and you approved the proofs. We did not deviate from the proofs. You also called days later prior to us making the flags asking about the size again. My worker told you what size the flags would be and again you said you can’t visualize that. This is even after I brought out a tape measure to show you how wide and how tall the flags would be the 1st day you came into our shop. You still said you can’t visualize it. You didn’t have to visualize anything because we literally brought out a tape measure to show you.Even though you approved the proofs I personally called you prior to making them to offer a suggestion to make the flags stand out even more. I didn’t have to do that, but that’s just how much we care about producing the best products possible for our customers. It doesn’t matter how big or small the job. When you say we do not explain and are unprofessional that is a very confusing statement to make. Especially when no context is provided in your review.We definitely agree on one thing and that is you should never ever patronize another black business. I don’t want to see them have to deal with your inability to comprehend the basics. I hope you get the help you need because self hate and being a terrible liar has to be a rough thing to have to live with everyday.
