We used their Early Intervention program, and it was an absolute waste of money and time! Moreover, this whole system runs like a fraud! You get charged for the service you don't get provided with. If they find a speech therapist (ST) for your child in the middle or the end of the month, you still get paid for the entire month! It is expensive if you make above a minimum wage. The ST they found for our child, could not make a connection with him for over 3 months. I would have to drug him down from his room, so she could have a session with him. This should not have been my job to get my child interested in communicating with the SP. It was very frustrating. We also, worked with a development therapist Shirley. While she was able to interest our child, she was irresponsible as a professional in terms of making up for missed sessions. Her schedule was so tight, it was always impossible to reschedule with her. We also got zero sessions with her in the beginning and still had to pay! Can you believe that?! EI also charged us for a following month after we canceled our contract at the end of a month. Their billing is a hot mess! Please stay away from them unless you can get their service for free because this place is a fraud!
