Disappointed that I was not explained that I need to provide my pin to get into my phone just to swap a cracked screen. With all the data breaches that happen daily I can't believe this is a requirement that I would give my personal password to access my phone just to get screen fixed. I offered to be around during test so I can input pin and the tech refused.
