I attended a birthday party here. I was actually impressed with how nice it was. Now you won't be able to have any very large parties here but keep it in mind for your small gatherings. It's clean and modern and looks like they can set it up according to your liking. It's an old building, so I did notice that smell while going down the stairs to the room. I'm sure there is not anything they can do about it. They could need a little better signage. If you don't know where you're going, you could walk right past the entrance. Maybe one of the sidewalk signs or something.
