        Last name Martinez is all I remember lol and the newer female working there were very nice and tried their best to help me! Id recommend them to anyone in need for help with anything in this bank!. Took their time to help me despite my situation and the little help they couldve given me I still left happy because they did all they could. Very professional. Thank you to the both of you!.

        Refinanced and went with a different bank. Chase sent me a check for my leftover escrow but since I no longer have a checking account with them they will not even cash a check that is from them over a certain amount And they wonder why people are pulling all of their money out of banks

        Everytime my husband I attempt to use the ATM there seems to be a problem. Either one or both are not working. Being a high traffic area Chase should do a better job of maintaining these machines. For example today is a Sunday around 8, no cars around. You have to use one ATM to deposit and another to withdraw.. unacceptable.
