I am coming from another bank that has horrible customer service. Chase is the first bank I walked into and everyone was very welcoming and helpful as soon as walk into the door. There was a 10 minute wait not bad at all. Silvana Wallen Is a very sweet and patient individual. She answered all of my questions perfectly and got me all set up without any issues. Highly recommend this bank to anyone and specifically Silvana Wallen to help you.

Super bad customer service. Someone answered my phone call, but when transferred to another person name is Jessica. She handles up my phone.

Chase should recognize Beatriz!! She's kind, patient, and professional. Not only did she help with my product needs- but she also helped answer additional questions. She stands out as an exemplary Banker. Management should take notice of this talent!
