Good evening. This is Reza, the owner of Reza’s Auto. We take great pride in providing excellent customer service and returning customers vehicles to them in a timely manner. I myself personally tried to call you to let you know that your vehicle was done but there was no answer. And when I spoke to you when you called us, you stated that that never happened. Now if someone else had tried to call you I would say there could be a possibility that there could have been a miscommunication, but it was ME that tried to call you to notify you that your vehicle was all done. I noticed that you never mentioned in your review how I even offered to pay for your Uber expense even though it was not of our wrong doing, but you were quick to call me a “big fat liar”. Anyone who know us and our busy shop would know that we have 40-50 cars in our parking lot on any given day and we waste no time in trying to get customers notified about the status of their vehicle be completed and being picked up. I am however happy to hear that you received great customer service on your Honda. I have no issues accepting customer criticism on anything that is related to our business but the one thing that I will not let stand is being called a “liar”. I have built this business and my life on the platform of being honest and I will gladly supply you with thousands of references. I am disappointed to hear that you will not be returning to our shop but wish you well in your future automotive repair needs even if it isn’t with us. I wish you a good evening.
