My husband and I had a will but wanted to make sure everything  was taken care of and wouldn't have to go through probate if something happened to us. I contacted Jerome and initially he sounded wonderful and we set up a date to meet. In the mean time I needed to drop off some papers and I called and called and stopped by the office on several occasions. He does not have an office secretary and no one is available to answer questions. I called and left several messages and he did not respond. My husband and I decided to find another attorney that has time for us. I guess he doesn 't need the business!

I am a member of Hyatt Legal Plans and contacted this attorney to set up a consultation regarding a guardianship issue. The Hyatt Legal Plan site indicated this as an area that he covers. I left that message two weeks ago, and at this time, no one has called me back. I don't think I'll be calling a second time, but I wouldn't recommend any attorney or practice that doesn't return calls.
