I am righting this review after being hung up on Friday 12-29-2023 by office staff... I called back hoping we where disconnected and left a kind message with hopes of getting this on going problem fixed. No call back again. I am begging for help to resolve this major problem!!!!!! My main water lined broke to my home and Loellke Plumbing was assigned to fix the problem by American water. Well, The new main line was started over 2 months ago and and still my home is under huge distress, they left wires and plumbing dangling from the wall.....did not even strap plumbing against the wall just left a complete mess. I had to have a plumber out of my own pocket come out to examine because of all of the mess. I arrived to my home to my basement completely flooded... we have NEVER had water in our basement for any reason. and the 2 plumbers onsite mopping my basement and using my shop vac... which was left full of water and filter ruined... I called the office numerous times and spoke to Kyle asking for help and sent pictures by email to both Kyle and American water. I called and spoke to Kyle again over 2 months ago with water pouring into my basement, and he resurred me that Rigdon would come out and camera the lines to determine when they bored the new lines if something was still broken????? The last 2 weeks , I have called and left messages for Kyle and or owner of the company and "NO ONE " has called me back.. We feel like when plumbers where boring new line someone either hit something or there is still something they missed.... I have asked for there insurance information now several times to resolve this problem to get this problem put be hind us and there lovely Ashley tells me owners on vacation and no one else in charge is available and everyone else is too busy to help me with my problem they created!!! I thought asking publicly maybe there is a owner or a person who could PLEASE HELP" us our family is important too...

I love how this company comes to my door places a door hanger snaps an image and walks away never once knocks or rings door bell and claims they missed me!! Wake up i have video footage of this now twice of them doing it!! Do your actual job!! Stop being so LAZY!!!! Man wish i could upload the video footage!!

Seemingly a disorganized company that doesnt know whats happening from within. Flat out lied to by Candi in the office multiple times during 2 different phone calls confirming work to be performed at my property. Plumber arrived only to tell me that his truck wasnt set up with the equipment he needed to help me, and that he doesnt know why the office people dont communicate the customers needs to him when scheduling work. He mentioned that this is a reoccurring problem for him on a regular basis.
