The water company in Jacksonville is a complete joke. The manager is the absolute worst I've ever had to deal with. When a kid accidently leaves a toilet running in a home that someone is not currently living at and they jack your bill up to over $1k and they do absolutely nothing besides turn your water off because they don't care. Normally you would think you would get notified before the water bill got this high? But no... it's the utility department in Jacksonville - you think they care? Yeah they care about collecting your money - that's it. So you make payment arrangements with them and you keep up your side of the agreement - yet they still charge a late charge because it's their way of putting a few more bucks in their pocket. Never in my life have I had a company be so insanely ridiculous and greedy - and as I said the manager is a joke to deal with. It's pretty nonsense when you speak to regular employee and they AGREE with you and then the manager calls back to tell you to tough. It is what it is. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.. why that isn't a option - I don't know!
