Nancy did a great job helping my sister work through the confusion of signing up for Medicare coverage. She (as well as Jen in the Carrollton office) were very knowledgeable in helping us find the most appropriate plans. Thanks for all your help!

I applied for the food handler job in Winchester. I met the qualifications for the job. It is about 30 minutes from me. I was told that in her experience that it is too far for me to drive for $15/hr. Really??? That should be up to me, not you. I have drove farther for a lot less. I was told beforehand not to apply because the Jacksonville office is horrible. I guess they were right!

Good place for help.
But I know of a lady who's case manager was VERY arrogant,aggressive.
People that knew this lady the case manager treated them in the same manner as he treated her.
VERY rude,arrogant, aggressive.
His name is James.
I heard he was fired!
I hope he doesn't get another chance to work for seniors.
